IMPORTANT CHURCH VOTER DATES FOR 2025

June 2025 Business Meeting - Date to be determined

In order to be eligible to vote, members must register three weeks prior to a scheduled meeting. (Bylaws, Article II, Section 2)


BE READY TO VOTE

1. Register TO VOTE (If you have not already done so)

If you have never registered to vote at Park Place before, are regularly attending for 6 months or more, and are over age 16, please fill out a registration slip on the table in the Narthex or click on the button above. Please note that according to church bylaws members must be registered to vote three weeks prior the a scheduled meeting to be eligible to vote (Article II, Section 2). This ensures we follow our bylaws for voting procedures and representation.

2. Ask Questions

Have more questions that you want addressed at the meeting forum, or needing answers prior to the meeting with a personal reach-out? Submit questions to office@ppchog.org which will be forwarded to the Servant Leadership Board.


3. Cast your vote

Come cast your vote during the meeting or fill out an absentee ballot. Note that per Bylaws “to be considered valid, all absentee ballots must be dated and signed and must be in the church office at least by noon of the day immediately prior to the regular or special meeting. Absentee votes shall be considered invalid on those occasions when the subject matter of voting is materially altered or modified during the meeting.”


5. Be the Mission

After you cast your vote, your cooperation in the mission of Park Place continues. We look forward to working together with you to bless our neighbors as we follow Jesus!
