BE READY TO VOTE
1. Register TO VOTE (If you have not already done so)
If you have never registered to vote at Park Place before, are regularly attending for 6 months or more, and are over age 16, please fill out a registration slip on the table in the Narthex prior to voting in a congregational meeting. This ensures we follow our bylaws for voting procedures and representation.
CHECK THE PARK PLACE VOTER REGISTRY
Want to check to see if you’re registered already? Check here to see our updated public listing of existing voting members, as of October 17, 2024.
If you have questions or want to register by phone, please call the church office at 765.642.0216.
2. Review the AGENDA ITEMS PRIOR TO VOTING
Please review agenda items before the meeting at the button below. It is so important that our congregation is educated about these items prior to casting their ballots.
Need help for access? Contact the church office, 765.642.0216.
3. Ask Questions here
Have more questions that you want addressed at the meeting forum, or needing answers prior to the meeting with a personal reach-out? Submit questions to office@ppchog.org which will be forwarded to the Servant Leadership Board.
4. Cast your vote
Come cast your vote during the meeting or fill out an absentee ballot. Note that per Bylaws “to be considered valid, all absentee ballots must be dated and signed and must be in the church office at least by noon of the day immediately prior to the regular or special meeting. Absentee votes shall be considered invalid on those occasions when the subject matter of voting is materially altered or modified during the meeting.”
5. Be the Mission
After you cast your vote, your cooperation in the mission of Park Place continues. We look forward to working together with you to bless our neighbors as we follow Jesus!
